Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify assigned leads via outbound calls.

Schedule meetings for the closing/sales team.

Follow up with prospects and update lead status in the CRM.

Maintain structured and professional communication with prospects.
Requirements

Fluent German level C1 (spoken and written).

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Results-oriented and well organized.
Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, services, or recruitment-related sales.

Familiarity with CRM tools.
