SDR (Sales Development Representative)

We are looking for a Sales Setter (SDR) with experience in phone-based sales to join our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify assigned leads via outbound calls.

  • Schedule meetings for the closing/sales team.

  • Follow up with prospects and update lead status in the CRM.

  • Maintain structured and professional communication with prospects.

Requirements

  • Fluent German level C1 (spoken and written).

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Results-oriented and well organized.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, services, or recruitment-related sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
