Job Description
Our client is a high-performance hospital with a broad anesthesiology spectrum in both inpatient and outpatient settings. More than 10,000 anesthetic procedures are performed annually across more than 10 anesthesia workstations. The interdisciplinary intensive care unit comprises 18 modern, fully equipped ICU beds.
To strengthen the medical team, a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in Anesthesiology is being sought. The position offers a challenging and diverse role with long-term career prospects.
Responsibilities
Performance and supervision of anesthetic procedures across the full surgical spectrum
Co-management of the interdisciplinary intensive care unit
Participation in the acute pain service and palliative care unit
Involvement in the stationed emergency medical vehicle (NEF) system
Training and supervision of resident physicians (full training authorization available)
Profile
Board-certified specialist or Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in Anesthesiology
Additional qualification in “Specialized Anesthesiological Intensive Care Medicine”
Emergency Medicine qualification desirable or willingness to obtain it
Empathetic approach toward patients, relatives, and colleagues
Interest in medical education and training
