Job Description
As part of a dedicated and well-coordinated team, you will support patients through challenging phases and help them return to everyday life and work after accidents or illness.

Your Responsibilities

Active participation in the rehabilitation nursing team and shared responsibility for patients’ well-being

Calm, professional behavior even in demanding situations

Close interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Active contribution to the continuous improvement of shift operations and teamwork

Support and onboarding of new employees, trainees, and students

Willingness to work all shifts and weekends, with personal preferences considered whenever possible in scheduling
Your Profile

Completed qualification as a Registered Nurse HF/FH

Previous experience in rehabilitation nursing is an advantage but not mandatory

High level of motivation, team spirit, and reliability

Friendly and empathetic approach toward patients

Salary & Working Environment
