Job Description

Responsibilities

Active involvement in the rehabilitation process within an interdisciplinary team

Significant contribution to the social and functional reintegration of patients

Working with a fully electronic patient documentation system

Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Profile

Completed qualification as a Registered Nurse HF with SRK recognition

Previous experience in an acute care hospital is an advantage
